Refund Policy
At Dekota Blu, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If something isn't right with your order, we’re happy to help within the guidelines outlined below.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your order arrives with a defect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please email [your email address] with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Digital Products
All digital products—including music downloads, virtual experiences, and e-tickets—are non-refundable. Due to the instant-access nature of these items, all sales are considered final. If you are experiencing technical issues with a download or access, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds are not guaranteed for items returned outside the eligibility window or in used/damaged condition. Personalized, autographed, or clearance items are non-refundable.
