Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume times—such as limited releases, product launches, or holidays—processing may take slightly longer. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method. We offer domestic shipping across the U.S. and international shipping to select countries. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders generally arrive within 7–21 business days, though times may vary depending on customs and local carriers. Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services are outside our control.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and supporting details or images, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry at checkout.
